The architect of this house named Kim HyoMan from IROJE MIC Architects. The theme of this house is a merger of coexistence and harmony between ‘tradition and modern’. This house was given the name “WA-Sun”. Architects try to realize the virtues of a snail’s philosophy which trying to build his own skin, layer by layer.
Korean-style was much thicker in this design. Especially on the walls that divide the room in which each of the historical record contained. Korea is very famous for its gardens and the life stories of abundant life. This is also reflected in the arrangement of the garden inside or outside the main house.
