The house was made of open steel, glass and concrete panel is located in the hills of Montecito, designed by the Barton Myers Associates. The house is divided into two parts, the public and the intimate section. In the public section there are the living room, dining room and kitchen. In the othe section at the intimate are bedroom, bathroom and library. This house is designed without using air conditioning, refrigeration systems obtained exclusively by cross ventilation. Sliding glass doors and windows can be opened and closed to adjust to climatic conditions. For heating, solar collector panels used.
