The Mendoza Lane house was designed by Lanefab Design/Build, completed in early 2010. Located in McGill Street, Vancouver, built on a land area of 710 sf. With Structural Insulated Panels a prefab system that allow us to create buildings that are 2x as energy efficient. Overall, this is great. See the pictures below, photography by Krista Jahnke.
