Focus Lighting Inc. and Tihany Design, as the interior architect, were finished the interior design of Aureole restaurant, which located in New York.

“Charlie Palmer’s newest restaurant, Aureole in the new Bank of America building at 1 Bryant Park, is a sleek and modern dining establishment for business meetings and intimate dates. The lighting design helps bring a sense of versatility and class to the forefront. Tihany Design seamlessly incorporated unique decorative ceiling fixtures, custom above ground wine shelving, and back lit partitions in the bar and reception areas to make the lighting one with the architecture.
The curved glass wall which houses the wine shelves is perched above the bar and front dining area. Displaying an array of options in top shelf wines, the neon backlighting and halogen up-lighting give the clear shelves an enticing glow and futuristic modernism. Focus Lighting designers made a big push to use dimmable white LEDs in many of the decorative elements throughout the restaurant for their versatility in lighting control, low-maintenance and efficiency.
