The roof deck functioned as living space. From there can be seen the hills within San Francisco. In the strategic location, with large glass openings in the front and back of the house, creating transparency between indoor and outdoor space. This is a Diamond Project House just finished by Terry & Terry Architects.
This is a Day Spa, located in Bogota. Consisting of four floors. On the first floor there are reception rooms and a restaurant that opened onto a terrace. On the second floor there are facial massage rooms, with glass walls that will provide light into the room. On the third floor, there is a swimming pool and relaxation area. And on the fourth level, it is an open courtyard that is connected with yoga room. Here it is possible to enjoy the scenery outside. Chairama Spa, designed by Giancarlo Mazzanti & Felipe Mesa.
This house stood on a small plot of land. Very simple, but smart in the arrangement and design. Living space enclosed by large glass, which can capture light maximally. Open living room, kitchen and dining room, arranged like a basilica. The main bedroom was hidden on top of the house, and connects directly to the terrace.
